Guinea pigs can’t make their own vitamin C, so it must be supplied through nuggets that contain protected vitamin C and a handful of fresh greens.
Introducing New Feed
As guinea pigs have very sensitive digestive systems, any new feed should be introduced gradually over a 10 day period. For the first few days try crumbling Country Values Fruity Mix Nuggets into the old feed to help with the change over.
